	We, Sung Chang Textile Machine Co., LTD (SCM) have produced textile machinery since 1978. Our headquater is located in Seoul, Korea along with factory in Gyunggi province adjacent to Seoul. Our company's history is as follows.      * 1978: established Sung Chang Machinery Ind, Co.,      * July, 1996: renamed as Sung Chang Textile Machine Co., LTD (SCM)      * August, 1999: Start producing Computer Jacquard Circular Knitting Machine(Export to JAPAN)      *Aug. 2004 : compassed the CE Certificate from TUV of Germany      * Sep. 2004 : moved the factory to Gyunggi-Do, Korea Our success is attributable to not only world class machine themselves but also deep reliability with customers.
